I've been working on this for a while now, after a sudden urge to paint fish for some reason. It's oil on canvas, approximately 30" x 40". I really like how it turned out!
A painting of my stepfather's Harley. Acrylic on illustration board.
This one has been in progress for a long time, but I'm hoping to finish it this summer. A row of Plymouths.
Not much to report on new projects just yet on paintings, but I thought I'd start with some of my earlier work just to give you an idea of what I've done. I have experience with most paint media but primarily I'm an oil and acrylic guy. I do like watercolors as well, but they tend to take a lot longer (even for me.)

All of the above landscape paintings are on canvas. I enjoy landscapes a great deal, but they take me a long time and I have several others started but in varying stages of non-completion.

A lot of my vehicle paintings, particularly the commissioned pieces, end up being acrylic pieces. It allows for a quicker turnaround and I can make corrections much more quickly than with oil.

Watercolors take the longest for me, but I enjoy the flexibility and versatility they offer. They can be used loosely or very tightly, and the effects that can be created are nothing short of astounding.
